We Opened Our House…
…And so many of you came to celebrate the students’ projects created during our All-School Study of the African Continent. Thanks so much for taking time to be here with us. It was a fantastic showing of support, and the children knocked it out of the park! They shared their dioramas, poster, slide shows, dances, stories, skits and more. You shared your curiosity and support and for that we are so grateful! After you left, the children shared their projects with one another, and with the NH Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Education who visited as well.
Congratulating our own MFCS dad and MFCS Foundation Board Member, Newton Kershaw, and to MFCS uncle Will Craig, who were named to the 2018 Union Leader’s list of 40 Under 40, which celebrates members of our community for their leadership and service. This is the second year in a row that a dad from our school community has received this honor!
Many thanks to the chaperones who helped make the Lower Elementary Students’ trip to the performance of Clementine at the Capital Center for the Arts, a great success!
