Earlier this week, the MFCS Foundation Board met for their fall planning meeting. There they discussed the School’s recent charter approval, general School updates, and elected this year’s officers. The MFCS Foundation Board is populated by citizen fundraisers – folks who believe deeply in our mission and enjoy the challenge of seeking needed funds to make up the difference between state funding for our charter school, and real programming costs. Please join us in thanking those on the Board, and recognizing the work of that team: Maria Law, Chair; Dave Sarvai, Vice Chair; Dan Calegari: Treasurer; Will Kanteres, Secretary; Rachel Marziano, Member.
If you missed the September Volunteer Trainings but would like to volunteer this year and have not attended a training in previous years, please send us an email. We will organize additional trainings based on interest.
