SPRING SYRUP…YUM!
Last week, our Kinders were introduced to the process of making Maple Syrup. This week, they traveled to Pinkerton Academy in Derry to a sugar shack run high school students – a program that is part of their forestry class. Our students got an up close look at each step in the process, and on Friday celebrated the arrival of spring with a special snack featuring syrup drizzled ice cream.
